Further Server Issues :o(

Well yesterday was another nightmare day with the site being up and down like a yoyo.  Apparently the new nameservers were still populating the internet and this was to be another 24 hours.

I am having the situation independently monitored and if things don't improve drastically then I'll be looking for a new hosting solution.

In the site move a full back up should have been done for unfortunately this failed leaving Faerie Scraps to go back in time to the 23rd of April.

ALL customers registered and orders placed after the 23rd April have been lost.

Luckily I do have the information by email and so have emailed the affected customers offering compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Will report back in a few days after I have monitored the situation.

Please accept Faerie Scraps sincerest apologies for the site being unavailable yesterday and today, this is due to our host moving their servers.

We have been told that this move should be completed by the end of the day today Thursday 6th May 2010.

New Items and a new CU FREEBIE
